Challenge:

The Health Project, a nonprofit organization, was formed to bring about real change in the American healthcare system by making it easier for providers and consumers to get access to its massive library of information. Faced with an aggressive timeline and minimal funding, they tapped idfive to develop their web presence and promote their key initiative: The C. Everett Koop National Health Awards.

Solution:

With a three-week window within which to operate, idfive’s team dramatically streamlined the design, development, and communication process to deliver a site that met the client’s priorities: an archive of previous award winners, Apply Now functionality for future awards, and enhanced brand messaging and visuals. Delivered on time and on budget, the project now serves as a model for meeting non-profit client needs using laser-focused project management, goal prioritization, and client-agency communication.
