Baltimore, MD (October 22nd) Integrated advertising agency idfive welcomes Art Director Wesley Stuckey and Lead Strategist Peter Toran to its Baltimore office.
“Both Peter and Wesley’s experience working with mission-based brands makes them a perfect fit for idfive,” said idfive’s co-founder Andres Zapata. “Adding them to the agency has greatly increased the depth and range of services that we provide our clients.”
Before joining idfive, Toran served as the Vice President of Communications and Planning at the University of Baltimore for 13 years, overseeing the university’s strategic planning, marketing, advertising, web relations, social media, public and media relations, and branding. He also co-founded the nonprofit marketing and strategic planning agency TBD+, and has been a board member of organizations such as WYPR, Baltimore Collegetown, and the Greater Baltimore Youth Orchestra.
“I am excited to work with a company that is as mission-driven and client-focused as idfive is,” said Toran. “The agency’s focus on nonprofits and higher education is a good match with my experience, and I look forward to being part of such a creative and dedicated team.”
idfive also welcomes veteran Art Director Wesley Stuckey, who will serve as a key mentor and contributor on idfive’s award-winning creative team.
“I’m very excited to get to know and start working with idfive’s amazing list of mission-based clients,” said Stuckey. “It truly is a win-win to get to work with so many clients who share a common thread of doing good in their communities. I look forward to building lasting impressions and memorable brands with the idfive team.”
A multidisciplinary creative professional, Stuckey formerly ran his own studio, producing web design, branding, and marketing efforts for several regional and national brands, including the Baltimore Museum of Art, City Seeds, and the Baltimore Library Project. Stuckey holds two undergraduate degrees from Mississippi State University, in Graphic Design and Fine Art Printmaking, and a Master’s in Fine Art in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art. He is an adjunct/visiting professor at several area colleges and is a board member of several local community and arts organizations.
“idfive’s grown so much, so fast – and with that comes a kind of creative chaos that can only really thrive with the steady hand of veteran talent,” said Creative Director Matt McDermott. “Wesley is a creative with a track record. He’s a teacher and an artist, a mentor and a problem solver. And he’s a hell of a good fit for idfive.”
