Four Fivers Promoted, Including New Leadership Roles

Growing and developing talent is a major ingredient in idfive’s recipe for living up to its mission to amplify good. With more than a decade each of idfive experience, three marketing mavens were recently promoted: Jodi Hey has been elevated to the role of Assistant Vice President of Client Services, Pat Balasavage has moved into UX Lead, and Katelyn Brickey steps into the role of Director of Client Services. Together, they will continue to expertly service existing clients and personally train the next generation of idfive account executives.

“Jodi, Pat, and Katelyn are fierce, loyal, and talented advocates for their clients and the agency,” says Andrés Zapata, idfive’s Founder, “these promotions reward their passion and professionalism while fanning the flame for what’s next.”

Relative idfive newcomer Jacqueline (Jax) Stiefvater, who joined the design team in March of 2024 with a stacked agency resume, was also promoted to senior designer.

“Jax didn’t just take on web, she took the reins on some of our biggest recent builds,” says idfive Creative Director Kathe Flynn, “all massive, all complex, all led by Jax with clarity, creativity, and a steady sense of calm. She handled them like someone who was born to build design systems.”

Each promotion reflects idfive’s commitment to championing and celebrating the team’s personal and professional growth while bringing deeper value to its clients.
